Matthews International Corporation sold its warehouse automation business to Duravant LLC for US$232.1 million, with advice from K&L Gates LLP. In accordance with the terms of the final transaction, Duravant took on some of the Warehouse Automation company’s liabilities and Pittsburgh-based Matthews earned US$225.4 million in cash.
