The newest national securities exchange situated in Texas, Nasdaq Texas, was founded with the assistance of Gibson Dunn. In close collaboration with Nasdaq, our Houston-based team of partner Hillary Holmes and colleagues Muriel Hague and Anna Strong established the Texas entity and prepared the stock exchange for its historic inauguration on March 5, 2026.
