Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Employee Benefits Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience working with health and welfare plans to join their Employee Benefits & Tax team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills, supported by strong academic credentials. Experience advising clients on a wide range of issues affecting health and welfare plans is preferred, including:
- Compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, the Affordable Care Act, and other relevant laws
- Reviewing third‑party administrator and other vendor agreements
- Advising on HIPAA privacy matters
An LL.M. in Employee Benefits is desirable and may be considered in lieu of equivalent work experience.
