Position Description:
Our client is an AM100 law firm who is seeking a mid‑level associate with 4+ years of commercial litigation with judicial clerkship experience to join their Complex Commercial Litigation team in the Seattle market.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials; law review experience preferred
• Prior judicial clerkship experience (strongly preferred)
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively

This is a full‑time, in‑office role offering the opportunity to work with a highly regarded litigation practice on sophisticated commercial disputes.
