Dentons advises EBRD on financing for affordable housing in Ukraine

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has received advice from the international law firm Dentons regarding a loan facility of up to €100 million to organizations owned by American philanthropist and businessman Dell Loy Hansen and supported by the Hansen Ukrainian Mission (HUM) in order to create a scalable affordable housing platform in Ukraine. The project’s first phase is funded by the EU’s Ukraine Investment Framework.
