For £155 million, Chancerygate purchased a long leasehold interest from Columbia Threadneedle Investments in the World Freight Terminal, an 825,000 square foot multi-let industrial development located at Manchester Airport. In addition to a 6.7-acre development plot with planning permission, the 54-acre site, which is adjacent to Manchester Airport’s runway, is home to 64 apartments spread across 17 buildings that are used by an occupant base connected to the airport.
