One of Europe’s top asset managers with an emphasis on environmental sustainability, Ambienta SGR SpA, has purchased the majority of The Bridge S.r.l., a market-leading business that specializes in the creation and manufacturing of plant-based dairy substitutes. The Bridge, which was established in 1994 and has its headquarters in San Pietro Mussolino, Vicenza, Italy, develops and manufactures plant-based beverages, yogurts, and related products. It distributes its portfolio globally, with 80% of its sales coming from outside Italy, both under its own brand and through private-label partnerships.
