Michael Kuh and Eric Geffner have joined as partners in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice and will co-head the sports group within its sports, media, and entertainment practice. Additionally, Matthew Carpenter-Dennis, who managed team ownership deals at the National Basketball Association, has joined the law firm as a partner.
