Simpson Thacher Antitrust Atty Launches Boutique With Wife
The co-chair of the antitrust and trade regulation practice at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP announced this week that he is leaving the firm to establish a new Washington, D.C.-based boutique law firm.
He will launch the practice alongside his wife, a former investigative counsel for the inspector general of the U.S. Department of Justice.
The new firm is expected to focus on antitrust, regulatory enforcement, and government investigations matters.
