Jason Russell, the head of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP’s Los Angeles office, is set to join Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, according to sources familiar with the move.
Russell will lead the launch of Davis Polk’s first office in Los Angeles, marking a significant expansion for the firm on the U.S. West Coast.
