Position Description:

Business Litigation Associate – California (Multiple Offices)

Our client, a highly regarded California-based law firm, is seeking a mid-level Business Litigation Associate to join its Corporate & Risk Management practice group. This position is ideal for candidates with 5–8 years of commercial litigation experience who are looking to work within a collaborative and growth-oriented team.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling all aspects of complex litigation, including drafting and responding to written discovery, preparing and opposing motions, managing day-to-day case responsibilities, taking and defending depositions, preparing for trial, and appearing in court. Direct experience working with clients and opposing counsel is essential. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
