Entrepreneur Equity Partners (EEP) received advice from BCLP on the expansion of its investment in VFC NEWCO 2023, LLC, the owner of the Venezia Football Club (VFC), an Italian professional football (soccer) team situated in Venice. At the moment, VFC plays in Serie A, the premier flight in Italy. With the completion of the extra investment on May 1, EEP’s investment vehicle is now VFC’s largest outside stakeholder.
