Today, Akin announced the entrance of a top-tier private equity team in New York and London, which includes Jonathan Hamill, Gerald Brant, Jeffrey Kochian, and Brittany Harrison, all of whom are returning to the company. In the whole range of control private equity, complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital solutions transactions, the group offers senior sponsor ties, immediate depth, and execution expertise. Akin’s U.S. private equity practice has been led by Gerald Brant.
