Arnold & Porter Secures Complete Victory for NRCO in LNG Project Arbitration

In an ICDR arbitration in Houston concerning a cross-border LNG supply project in Eastern Europe, Arnold & Porter successfully represented NRCO Engineering, S.A. Ovik Mkrtchyan, an engineer and businessman from Uzbekistan who established Gor Investment Limited, a multinational company dedicated to developing sustainable, cutting-edge technology, is the owner of NRCO. A Texas energy firm and its president were found accountable for breach of contract by the tribunal, which also mandated that they pay NRCO’s demanded damages, legal fees, and interest.
