Dentons advises Synaptikon founders and shareholders on strategic investment by the Schwabe Group

Global law firm Dentons has advised the founders and shareholders of Synaptikon GmbH on a strategic investment by the Schwabe Group, marking a significant transaction in the life sciences sector.

Under the terms of the deal, Schwabe will acquire an 80 percent stake in Synaptikon, while the company’s two founders will retain a combined 20 percent shareholding, ensuring continued entrepreneurial leadership and operational continuity following the investment.
