Holland & Knight has strengthened its telecommunications and technology regulatory capabilities with the appointment of a new Telecommunications Practice Group Chair, recruited from Wiley.

The newly appointed leader brings extensive experience advising clients on telecommunications regulation, spectrum policy, broadband deployment, and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) matters. The move reflects Holland & Knight’s continued investment in expanding its regulatory and public policy practices amid growing demand for legal guidance in the rapidly evolving communications sector.
