Position Description:
Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its Capital Markets Group in Chicago.

This position is ideal for an attorney with strong academic credentials and relevant experience in securities and capital markets transactions gained at a top-tier law firm. The group represents issuers, private equity sponsors, and underwriters in a broad range of securities offerings across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in securities-related and/or capital markets transactions.
• Experience at a leading national or international law firm strongly preferred.
• Strong academic background and excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Our client offers a highly competitive compensation structure along with a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation for this role is expected to range from $260,000 to $390,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
