Position Description:
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Defense Litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex insurance coverage matters with a collaborative team representing both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload involving insurance coverage disputes, including areas such as bad faith, professional liability, construction defect, cyber liability, and excess liability
• Participate in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts
• Conduct legal research, draft motions and pleadings, and support case strategy

Qualifications:

• Active California bar license in good standing
• Experience with civil litigation (state and federal court exposure preferred)
• Background in insurance coverage litigation is a plus
• Strong analytical, writing, and research skills

Compensation:
Approximate salary range: $125,000 – $180,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
