Structured Finance Associate (3-6 yrs.) – New York

Position Description:
A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate (3–6 years) to join its Structured Finance practice in New York.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience advising on structured finance transactions, including lending, securitization, or similar financing structures, gained at a law firm. A focus on residential mortgage-backed finance (RMBS/RBF) and consumer finance-related asset classes is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
- Work on a broad range of structured finance and securitization transactions
- Advise clients across the lifecycle of deals, from structuring through execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on complex financing matters
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with residential mortgage and other consumer asset-backed structures
- Exposure to a variety of asset classes and transaction types is a plus
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
