Position Description:
A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Structured Finance practice in New York.
The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience and a strong background advising on structured finance transactions, including lending, securitization, or similar financing structures, gained at a law firm.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
- Work on a variety of structured finance and securitization deals
- Assist in structuring, drafting, and executing complex financing transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sophisticated deal matters
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience across a range of asset types and transaction structures is preferred but not required
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
