Position Description:
Our client is seeking a Joint Ventures Associate to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience with joint venture transactions, particularly within the real estate sector.

Qualifications:

• Experience handling complex real estate joint ventures, including drafting and negotiating sophisticated limited liability company and partnership agreements
• Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently with significant responsibility
• Prior experience at a large law firm is preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to and good standing with the California State Bar

Our client offers a competitive compensation package, with an anticipated base salary range of $250,000 to $350,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
