Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (2022-2024) – LA or Century City

Position Description:
Our client, an Am Law firm, is seeking a junior- to mid-level associate to join its Financial Industry Group in either Los Angeles or Century City. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience representing secured and unsecured creditors, commercial lenders, and financial institutions in receivership matters and judgment enforcement proceedings in both state and federal courts. Experience with complex bankruptcy litigation and insolvency-related matters is preferred.

Our client offers a highly competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $235,000 to $310,000. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including experience and location.
