Position Description:
Our client is seeking a Junioe (2nd–3rd year) Corporate M&A Associate to support a sophisticated transactional practice focused on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, equity financings, corporate governance, and general corporate counseling.
The ideal candidate will have large law firm experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, independent sponsors, and privately held businesses in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Responsibilities include due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing deal processes and closings, and advising clients through all stages of the business lifecycle.
Candidates should have excellent drafting and communication skills, a proven ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment, and strong academic credentials. Exposure to middle-market M&A and private equity transactions is preferred
