Position Description:

Entry-Level Real Estate Associate (Class of 2027)

Our client, a leading Am Law firm, is seeking a highly motivated entry-level Real Estate Associate to join its Los Angeles office in the fall of 2027.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduating law student or judicial clerk interested in developing a sophisticated real estate practice. The position offers exposure to complex commercial real estate matters and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on high-profile transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
• Support attorneys in real estate financing matters
• Represent lenders and other institutional clients in real estate transactions
• Draft and review loan and financing documents
• Conduct title and survey review and due diligence
• Perform legal research and assist with transaction structuring
• Prepare transaction-related documentation and closing materials
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on complex real estate matters

Qualifications

• J.D. expected prior to fall 2027 start date
• Strong academic credentials
• Demonstrated interest in real estate law and commercial real estate transactions
• Interest in or exposure to real estate finance is preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
