Position Description:
Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is seeking a team-oriented Employment & Labor Associate to join its sophisticated Employment & Labor practice.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and an interest in, or experience handling, management-side employment counseling and litigation matters. Experience with wage and hour collective and class action litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on a broad range of employment law matters.
• Represent management in employment-related litigation and dispute resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on strategic employment and labor matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of employment and labor law experience.
• Experience with, or strong interest in, management-side employment counseling and litigation.
• Wage and hour collective and class action experience preferred.
• Outstanding academic and professional credentials.
• Superior research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
