Position Description:
Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Associate to join its healthcare practice in either Boston or Nashville. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with experience advising healthcare providers on regulatory and compliance matters who is looking to work within a sophisticated and growing healthcare practice.
The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare industry clients on a broad range of regulatory issues affecting healthcare providers and organizations while maintaining significant client contact and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise healthcare providers and healthcare organizations on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Analyze federal and state healthcare laws and regulations impacting provider operations.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical guidance on healthcare regulatory issues.
- Draft memoranda, contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Work directly with clients to address regulatory challenges and risk management concerns.
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas on complex healthcare matters.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant healthcare regulatory experience.
- Prior law firm experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations affecting healthcare providers.
- Demonstrated ability to interact directly with clients and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication, research, writing, drafting, and organizational skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the applicable state bar required.

Compensation & Benefits
Our client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 annually (applicable to certain markets).
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
