Position Description:
Our client, a respected regional law firm, is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join its Tampa office.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of construction litigation experience
• Ability to independently manage all phases of litigation and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong written, oral advocacy, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities
• Strong academic credentials
• Active Florida bar license required
