Position Description:
Our client, a leading global law firm with a premier Energy & Infrastructure practice, is seeking associates with 2+ years of experience in finance or tax equity transactions to join its nationally recognized team.

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, market-leading transactions in the renewable energy, power, infrastructure, and broader energy sectors alongside a collaborative team of attorneys dedicated exclusively to energy and infrastructure matters.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a wide range of finance and tax equity transactions.
  • Represent sponsors, investors, lenders, and developers in the financing and development of energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex domestic and cross-border matters.
  • Provide strategic and practical legal counsel throughout all phases of project financing and execution.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 9+ years of relevant experience in finance, project finance, tax equity, or related transactional matters.
  • Prior experience in the energy and infrastructure sector is highly preferred but not required.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Admission to and good standing with the State bar of the office in which the candidate will be located.
