Position Description:
Our client is looking for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its Energy & Natural Resources litigation practice in Pittsburgh.
                                                                                                             
Ideal candidates will have:

• Oil & gas litigation experience

• Familiarity with oil & gas law

• Experience drafting dispositive and preliminary motions

• Discovery and document production experience

• Exposure to deposition preparation

• Environmental or regulatory litigation experience is a plus

                                                                         
Candidates must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, eligible for admission by waiver, or eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar.
