Position Description:
Our client, a leading law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its growing Nashville practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience to join a highly regarded, collaborative team with a longstanding history of working together.
The associate will work on a broad range of complex real estate matters, including:
– Acquisitions and divestitures
– Purchase and sale agreements
– Commercial leasing
– Real estate development
– Real estate finance, primarily on the borrower side
– Reciprocal easement agreements
– Development, governance, and other related real estate documents
The practice primarily represents real estate owners, developers, and other end users, with limited lender-side work. The position offers substantive training, meaningful hands-on experience, and strong opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Qualifications
– 3–5 years of relevant, transferable commercial real estate experience
– Active member of the Tennessee Bar, or eligible to waive in
– Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills
– Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
– Strong academic credentials
