Position Description:
Our client is seeking a mid-level Data Breach Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its growing privacy and cybersecurity litigation practice in Atlanta or New York.
                                       

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling data breach class action litigation, as well as a demonstrated interest in privacy, cybersecurity, and related regulatory matters. Experience advising on or managing cyber incident response matters is a plus but not required.

Key Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data breach litigation, privacy litigation, or cybersecurity-related disputes

• Experience defending or managing data breach class actions

• Strong interest in privacy law, cybersecurity, and regulatory enforcement matters

• Incident response experience preferred, but not required

• CIPP/US certification preferred, but not required

• Excellent academic credentials

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities
