In collaboration with the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), Akerman is pleased to represent 8th Regiment Partners in the renovation and adaptive reuse of the historic Kingsbridge Armory in the Northwest Bronx. In addition to building about 500 affordable housing units on a nearby plot, the project entails renovating North America’s largest armory, which includes a 180,000-square-foot practice hall without columns.
