Regarding the investment in Lambert Ezell Durham Architecture, LLC (LED) by Lathan Associates Architects P.C. (Lathan McKee), Akerman acted as a representative for the private equity fund Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (Hidden Harbor). LED has joined the expanding L&M Group of Companies, a network of architectural and design firms serving the Southeastern United States, as its fourth member firm.
