In the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, Akerman won a significant case on behalf of its client MOSO North America, Inc. and its parent company, MOSO International B.V. In a well-known patent contempt lawsuit filed by Dasso International, Inc. and Easoon USA, LLC, the court decided in their favor, allowing MOSO to proceed with its expansion and innovation without hindrance from the law.
