Amid Real Estate Lateral Spree, Morrison Cohen Adds K&L Gates Partner

K&L Gates, an Am Law 100 firm, has joined Morrison Cohen’s New York office as a real estate transactions partner. According to him, the second half of 2025 and the first part of 2026 will probably witness a lot of activity in the already bustling transactional real estate market.
Taishoff is the most recent in a string of lateral real estate transactions this year, which also includes several K&L Gates attorneys joining Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer.
