Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition, LLC (“Nutrition,” the “Company,” or “Rangen”), a prominent supplier of customized nutrition products in the pet, aquaculture, and livestock markets, has been purchased by an associate of Balmoral Funds LLC (“Balmoral”) from Wilbur-Ellis Holdings II, LLC (“Wilbur-Ellis”). In the future, Nutrition will conduct business under the well-known and enduring brand Rangen, which many of its clients are already familiar with.
