Baker McKenzie Adds Gibson Dunn M&A Partner in Germany

McKenzie Baker With effect from June 1, Frankfurt has added former Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher partner Jan Schubert to its worldwide M&A and private equity expertise.

Schubert joined Gibson Dunn from Latham & Watkins in 2016 and has been a partner since January 2023. He represents PE and investment firms, as well as strategic buyers in industries like technology, e-commerce, healthcare, chemicals, and manufacturing. His practice is mainly focused on domestic and international corporate transactions, leveraged buy-outs for private equity funds, restructurings, and joint ventures.
