Through its Private Equity Fund III (PEF III), Baker McKenzie has provided advice to a group of investors led by SPE Capital regarding their investment in a European holding company that is the parent company of Orchidia Pharmaceutical Industries S.A.E., a prominent manufacturer of ophthalmic pharmaceuticals with operations in Egypt and throughout the Middle East and Africa.
