The current shareholders were advised by Baker McKenzie to sell all of their stock in Medistream SA, a Swiss company that owns all of the stock in Citieffe SRL, an Italian manufacturer of medical devices, and its US and Mexican subsidiaries (collectively, the “Citieffe Group”), to Poly Medicure B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands, a fully owned subsidiary of Poly Medicure Limited, an Indian public company (collectively, “PolyMed”).
