Dr. Olaf Hahn, the owner and managing director of SOBEK Group GmbH (SOBEK), received advice from Baker McKenzie on the sale of his shares to the publicly traded DEUTZ Aktiengesellschaft. A 100% stake in SOBEK is being purchased by DEUTZ. It is anticipated that the transaction will soon be completed.
