Sam Trowbridge has joined the London-based tax office of Baker McKenzie as a partner.
Sam joins from Kirkland & Ellis, where he worked across a variety of strategies (such as buyout, infrastructure, credit, and real estate) and mainly on the tax implications of cross-border private equity and M&A transactions for a wide range of sponsors.
