Global Holdings Group has received advice from BCLP on the refinancing of Sea Containers, Southbank, London. The famous heritage building on London’s Southbank, which was inspired by the glitz of 1920s transatlantic cruise ships, is a mixed-use structure that has 292,000 square feet of prime office space in addition to a 359-bedroom luxury 5* hotel, spa, restaurants, and bars (including the award-winning Lyaness Bar).
