Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton renewed its lease with Spear Street Capital for a 148,000-square-foot space in the 1100 Peachtree building for 15 years. The new lease runs through 2040 and keeps Kilpatrick in the 28-story building where it has operated since 1992.
