Baker McKenzie Advises Deutsche Bank on EUR 170m Sustainability-Linked Loan Backed by AfDB Guarantee for Mota-Engil
Deutsche Bank has received advice from Baker McKenzie about a historic financing deal for Mota-Engil West Africa that is linked to sustainability. The African Development Bank Group (AfDB) has provided a EUR 120 million non-sovereign Partial Credit Guarantee to support a EUR 170 million sustainability-linked loan.
