Adam Barton is a partner in the Asset Securitization division at Chapman. In all facets of complex financings, such as structured credit, asset securitization, warehouse facilities, cash flow loans, acquisition financings, and other asset-backed financing transactions, he represents banks, alternative asset funds, corporate borrowers, issuers, and other financial institutions.
