The new Legal & Professional Malpractice Defense Team has been established by Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law).

The Legal & Professional Malpractice Defense Team has extensive experience defending lawyers, law firms, their insurers, and other professionals, including accountants, architects, and environmental consultants, in a variety of matters, including allegations of malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, aiding and abetting, and other tortious conduct before federal and state courts as well as disciplinary review boards. The team represents some of the largest firms in New Jersey, New York, the region, and the country, as well as smaller firms and solo practitioners.
