Dentons advises funds managed by KKR on its acquisition of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres

In relation to the purchase of the remaining 82% of ST Telemedia Global Data Centers (“STT GDC”) by a consortium led by KKR and Singtel for a total consideration of S$6.6 billion (roughly US$5.1 billion), Dentons has advised funds managed by international investment firm KKR. This implies an enterprise value of roughly S$13.8 billion (roughly US$10.9 billion), including leverage and capital expenditure for committed projects.
