One of the top beverage manufacturers in Central Europe, Kofola Group, has received advice from Dentons on the purchase of a 49% minority share in Alta Fermentación, a company with operations in Ecuador, Panama, and Colombia. The purchase price has not been revealed, but the transaction is anticipated to be completed in the first half of 2026.
