Dentons HPRP advises on one of Jasa Marga’s Largest syndicated financings for the Yogyakarta–Bawen toll road project

For the Yogyakarta–Bawen Toll Road Project, a designated National Strategic Project (Proyek Strategis Nasional) with the goal of improving connectivity between the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java, Dentons HPRP served as the exclusive legal counsel in a significant syndicated loan financing. With a value of roughly IDR 17.9 trillion, the financing is among the biggest syndicated finance projects Jasa Marga has undertaken for a toll road concession.
