In connection with its acquisition of Anh Nguyen Solutions Joint Stock Company, Dentons LuatViet is happy to announce that we have advised Daikin Air Conditioning (Vietnam) Joint Stock Company on all facets of Vietnamese competition law, including creating plans to handle possible competition issues. After reviewing the transaction, the Vietnam Competition Commission approved it.
